Emily has experience working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University in 2015 and 2017, respectively. She has worked as a therapist for the past six years at Family Haven, two of those years serving as the Clinical Director.

Emily’s specialties include trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, parenting and family relationships. She is trained in TF-CBT, IFS, Play Therapy, Sand Tray therapy and other experiential modalities. She is trained and certified in EMDR, and is a Registered Play Therapist (RPT).
