Rachel Reist, LCSW, has more than 13 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in behavioral health and community settings. Her work spans both treatment and prevention, with a focus on trauma-informed, attachment-based, and mindfulness-based approaches. Through her work at Davis Behavioral Health, Rachel develops and implements creative, evidence-informed mental health and mindfulness programming for children, families, professionals, and communities. She is a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher, Certified Learning to BREATHE trainer, and TBRI® Practitioner. Rachel is passionate about experiential learning and bringing real-world clinical and community-based experience to social work education.
