In June of 2022, Dean Anderson LCSW retired from a thirty-five year career in Mental health. Thirty-four of those years were spent at Wasatch Behavioral Health in Provo Utah. As the Program Manager of the WBH’s Westpark family clinic, Dean was responsible for approximately fifty staff. His responsibilities have been in the area of hiring, training, and mentoring employees and providing countless hours of individual, marital, and group therapy. For the past thirty-one years Dean has supervised graduate students in their internships. He has a small private practice called Lighthouse counseling where he has worked for the past thirty-one years. This is his first time teaching an online class but has taught some college classes in the past. He is excited about this new opportunity.
